We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products bought during sale/offer

• Customized or stitched items

• Items without original tags or packaging

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refund will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

• It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed only for the same product in a different size (if available).

• All shipping costs for returns/exchanges are to be borne by the customer unless the error is on our part.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

• After dispatch, cancellations will not be entertained.
